Background
Serving three generations of clients, our firm has been providing quality, personalized tax and financial guidance to local individuals
and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth
services such as reviews, financial statements, and financial planning.
The practice has grown significantly since the opening of its first facility in Swissvale, Pennsylvania. By 1995, the practice was expanded and relocated to a larger, more fully-equipped office in Forest Hills, located east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While maintaining the current office in Forest Hills, Allegheny County, the practice was further expanded in 2001, to include a second office, located in Murrysville, Pennsylvania, now serving a vast client base in the Westmoreland County area.
Both offices maintain the latest in sate-of-the-art technology, along with a knowledgeable, experience staff of professionals, as a means of providing proficient, reliable tax-preparation and accounting services to meet and exceed the needs and demands of today's clientele.

Our Team
Since 1984, Antonio (Tony) Lodovico has been a partner of Lodovico & Associates, P.C., a full-service tax and accountancy firm with offices in Pittsburgh and Murrysville, Pennsylvania. The practice provides a broad range of tax, accounting, financial, and consulting services to individuals and small to medium sized businesses - including tax preparation/tax planning and projections; business start-up; business valuation; real estate tax appeals; and tax planning for retirement and estates.
Since 1981,Tony has agained valuable professional accounting experience in both the private and public sectors of business - including over 10 years experience in the evaluation of closely held entities for such purpose as gift tax, estate tax, mergers and acquisitions, and marital dissolution. He has appraised numerous privately owned corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships of various sizes and industries.
Tony has conducted presentations and seminars on tax planning, entity formation, business valuation, and estate & financial planning. He has spoken to area industry organizations, as well as, to continuing education classes at local universities, various estate planning councils, and the area chapters for the professional organizations of which he is a member.
Tony is an active member of the National Society of Public Accountants, the National Association of Tax Practitioners, and the National Society of Tax Professionals. He is an accredited member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Eugene (Gene) Lodovico is the chairman and founder of Lodovico & Associates, P.C. Gene directs his practice with a concentration in Federal and State Income Tax Return Preparation services, and with a particular emphasis on Estate and Tax Planning.
As one of the most experienced and well-respected tax and accounting professionals in the area, Gene is currently serving the third generation of tax clients since the inception of his tax-preparation and accounting practice.
As partner/shareholder of Lodovico & Associates, P.C., Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, PA. He is quite proud of the fact that several of the employees under his direction and supervision have gone on to become successful partners at the big four accounting firms.
Gene is active in conducting presentations and seminars on tax planning, entity formation and estate planning. Throughout the course of 30 years, he has attended numerous continuing education classes for well over 40 hours per year at various local universities.
Gene has been a guiding force in the establishment, development and success of Lodovico & Associates, P.C.
